1. First call our Customer Care Team at MD-7 COSMECEUTICALS (855-234-2333) for a Return Merchandise Authorization
number (RMA#). An RMA# is required in order to process returns and issue credit. Returned merchandise received without an
RMA# will not be automatically refunded.
 
2. Write the RMA# clearly in the box on the Return Merchandise Authorization Form and on the outside of your return package.
Please include this packing slip inside your return package. We also recommend that you keep a copy for your records.
 
3. Please use the original packaging, if possible, and seal the package securely with tape. We recommend using protective
packing to minimize any damage to the product. Remove any other labels from the package. We recommend that you insure the
package when sending and retain the receipt. MD-7 Cosmeceuticals is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or
lost or undelivered items.

5. Please allow 14 business days for MD-7 Cosmeceuticals to receive and process your return. We will credit or refund the
purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already
given to you in connection with such products. In the event that you return part of a kit, we will credit or refund the portion of the
purchase price allocable to the product you are returning. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.
 
6. If you purchased MD-7 Cosmeceuticals products at a store/spa/salon, please first contact that store directly to inquire about their

•     All returns are subject to inspection, we cannot accept returns on over half used or empty products.
• In the event that a gift with purchase was included with the order, please send back the gift with purchase item along with the
returned item. Note: We will not refund regular goods unless the gift with purchase is returned to us as well.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Products specified on the website as non-refundable cannot be returned.
• If you paid with a giftcard and credit card, the giftcard will first be refunded, then your credit card will be refunded.
• Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without a return authorization number (REF#) cannot be
accepted.
• Returned products that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned back to the
customer at the customer's expense or destroyed by Cosmetic Dermatology, Inc. upon request.
